What you will need to succeed
Degree from a top tier university or armed forces training.
Previous work experience in analytical, research or data insights would be advantageous.
Enthusiastic and motivated individual with drive and energy to thrive under pressure and solve problems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, adept at building presentations and content.
Ability to manage multiple projects and activities and remain detail oriented.
Flexible and adaptable to a fast-changing environment, displaying high levels of dedication and integrity.
Ability to travel as and when required.
Preferred
Ideally a background in technology but this is not as essential as having a passion for quantum technologies, engineering and science as well as an appreciation for the globally disruptive nature of Cambridge Quantum’s vision.

The big picture
Within this role, you will work directly for the Founder and CEO and provide support across a broad range of strategic, operational and administrative activities. No day will be the same within this fast-paced role where you will have significant exposure to an entrepreneurial ecosystem and will benefit from a steep learning curve. The role will be varied and you can expect to be hands-on in areas such as industry research, creating presentations, recording actions and minutes from meetings as well as coordinating and delivering various activities.
You may be a recent graduate or have some experience as a business analyst, but most importantly this role would suit someone who has a strong interest in growing their career in a scaling company at the cutting edge of scientific discovery and technology.
