My Trajectory

At Cambridge Quantum, I am responsible for creating and leading the human resource function and introducing HR practices and processes, which embody our science-led culture and help the organisation to effectively scale. As Head of Human Resources, I aim to create a workplace where our diverse, creative and innovative people can thrive.

I get most excited about contributing to a company with a real sense of mission and cognizance of the impact that quantum technology will have on society. It’s extremely rewarding to work with some incredibly talented and dedicated professionals on both the scientific and operational sides of the business. I also enjoy being part of a company that is scaling and being able to contribute through developing HR operations that help drive the inclusive culture at Cambridge Quantum and facilitate this growth.

We are already working with many forward-looking organisations who are early adopters of our technology. The opportunities for Cambridge Quantum’s cybersecurity technology will apply near term to a range of different industries and will certainly appeal to finance and highly data secure operations. We also work with several preeminent corporations on projects for material and drug discovery through our quantum chemistry products.
